Weight-Management Programs

Weight-Management programs help personalize your protein for your body, helping you feel full and energized as you shed unwanted pounds. With a Cellular Nutrition® foundation, Weight-Management Programs includes a customized meal plan to help you get in shape and stay that way.




TIPS TO FOLLOW:

Weight Loss:

1. Always weigh and measure yourself before starting the program.

2. Always shake the can allowing all ingredients to blend together.

3. Mix TWO LEVEL TBSP. of powered shake into your favorite COLD beverage Fruit Juice, or Low Fat Yogurt.

4. Avoid milk if not a milk drinker (can give you constipation / diarrhea).

5. Replace TWO Meals a day with the shake.

6. For a Faster weight loss, you can use water. should you still feel hungry when using the shake with water, either double up on the quantity of shake, OR half the water with your favorite beverage. You may take 2 to 4 shakes and one meal a day.

7. Take the tablets three times a day or whenever you remember.

8. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water; 4 in the morning, 4 in the afternoon and 4 in the evening.

9. The program will control and normalize your eating habits.

10. If you are in a situation where it is difficult to have one meal a day, take the shake an hour before you are due to eat. This will prevent you from over indulging! You may interchange lunch or dinner as your main meal.

Weight Gain:

1. Follow steps 2 to 4 as indicated above.

2. Tablets and shake should be taken as deserts after each meal

3. Follow steps 8 to 9 as indicated above.

4. Should you wish to gain extra muscles mass, you can have up to five shakes a day.

Weight Maintenance:
